Dear Stevensville Middle School Students and Families,
Parent-Teacher Conferences are next week on Wednesday, November 13th and Thursday, November 14th from 4:00-7:00 PM.
We will be changing up how we offer Parent-Teacher Conferences this year in that each teacher will be available to meet with you in our Elementary Gym. Each teacher will have their own table (spaced out for privacy) to allow flexibility and time for teachers to meet with more parents and for parents to meet with more teachers.
If you need a longer conversation with your teacher regarding your students' concerns, they will have available times for you during the conference to schedule with them.
All first quarter grades will be finalized and posted before the end of the day this Friday, November 8th. All grades can be viewed on Infinite Campus as they will not be mailed out, and a help desk table will be available at Parent-Teacher Conferences if you are unable to login to Infinite Campus.
Please let us know if you have any questions by calling Mrs. Armour at 406-777-5533. We hope to see you all next week! Thank you!

Come check out DECA's Carnival for this year! It will be next Thursday, November 14th from 4:00-7:00 PM in the MPR room. We hope to see you there!

The first day of practice for MS boys basketball is Monday, October 21st in the Elementary Gym after school. Their first games will be in Stevensville on Monday, October 28th at 4 PM vs. Darby.
Students need to make sure they have completed a physical and have filled out the correct paperwork before they can practice and play. If a child competed in a sport this fall, they have already completed the necessary paperwork.

The MS football game versus Ronan today has been cancelled due to the poor air quality.
Pictures for football will still happen after school today. Thank you!

Congratulations to Coding for Kids!
We are thrilled to announce that Coding for Kids, in partnership with the Stevensville Public Schools, was recently selected as a recipient of the Washington Companies' Pay It Forward Charitable Giving Program. Thanks to the Washington Foundation for supporting causes they are passionate about. This partnership will continue to enhance learning opportunities for our students, opening doors to the world of technology and coding.

Stevensville Middle School Stinger Store is open! The grand opening for the 24-25 school year was last Wednesday, and students are excited to spend their hard-earned Stinger Bucks (given for outstanding behavior and progress) twice a month. Thank you to Mrs. Kowal and the amazing new Student Council for preparing the Store today. Another special thank you to the students who have helped run the Stinger Store!
Finally, a big thank you to our Stevensville School Board who donated free ice cream scoops in partnership with Valley Drug and the Frontier Cafe. This is one of our high ticket items. Thank you for your support! If you are interested in stopping by to see the Stinger Store in action or would like to get your local business involved in some way, please reach out to Mrs. Armour at 406-777-5533.

Delivery: 250 tattoos will be delivered to each school (Elementary, Middle, and High) during Homecoming Week (September 23rd-27th). Tattoos will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can purchase a tattoo at the middle school front office during recess time.

This week, our 6th grade went to The CSKT Bison Range on Thursday, September 19th, 2024. During this field trip, students learned about different types of furs and camouflage, a fun Native American game, and the history of the Bison on the reservation. What a fun adventure! Thank you to Mr. Buerkle, Ms. Hayworth, Mrs. Frandsen, Mr. Brown, and our wonderful parent chaperone for attending and ensuring students had a great time!

Stevensville Community,
Last night, law enforcement responded to students making nonviable threats to the Stevensville schools. The students are currently in the custody of law enforcement. The safety of our students, staff, and community is of utmost importance, and we will proceed with diligence. The investigation is ongoing, and the district will take the necessary measures to understand the threats and act to maintain the safety of all students and adults.
