Today we want to take a moment to celebrate and recognize our incredible school counselors. Their compassion, dedication, and unwavering support make a lasting impact on our school community every single day.
From supporting our students academically, socially, and emotionally, to always being a listening ear, we are so grateful for everything they do. Our students and staff are truly lucky to have them!
💫 Thank you for all that you do—you are appreciated more than words can say! 💫

Our students have been working hard to earn good behavior through the PAX Ball Drop. Once they reached their goals, they celebrated with a Fort Day! 🏰
Take a look at all this amazing creativity — how fun!! 👏✨

We’re back celebrating more of our amazing students with December birthdays! 🎂✨
Please help us wish a very Happy Birthday to these students. We hope your day is filled with smiles, fun, and plenty of reasons to celebrate YOU! 🥳💛
With that being said, we have lots of December birthdays to celebrate! Be on the lookout for daily posts highlighting our wonderful students and staff who are celebrating their December birthdays. 🎂✨
For our first post, let’s give a big shout-out to these two groups of students —
Happy Birthday! We hope you all have a fantastic time celebrating YOU! 🥳💛
🎶 Spreading Holiday Cheer! 🎄
Our fabulous Stinger Singers and Percussion Ensemble took a trip to the Living Center this past week. Residents gathered to enjoy their beautiful Christmas carols, along with a few percussion pieces.
What a fun and meaningful way to spread holiday cheer throughout our community! ✨💛
Our Superintendent, Jon Konen, spent the day visiting classrooms during his Rent a Supt day, where staff could sign up to have him come teach a lesson. He read books to a variety of classes, ate lunch with a group of students, and talked all about poetry with our 5th graders.
What a fun and meaningful way to engage with students and staff! 👏✨

What a great way to engage students after school with a game they can enjoy for life. Thank you, Ms. Praast and Mr. Jessop, for the time and dedication you give to these students after school. We appreciate you! 👏✨
Our fabulous high school students have been coming down to read with Kindergarten. What a fun and meaningful way to help our young students build their reading skills and strengthen our wonderful community across schools! 💛✨
Students should not bring toys from home to use on the playground, as we want to keep personal items safe and avoid anything getting lost or broken.
We also wanted to remind everyone about our breakfast routine. When students arrive in the morning—whether by bus or parent drop-off—they should head straight to the cafeteria for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7:45am–8:15am, and eating in the cafeteria helps keep classrooms clean and ready for learning right at the start of the day. Students should not stop at recess or visit classrooms before eating.
If a bus arrives late, breakfast options will still be available until 8:45am so students can start their day with something to eat before joining their classes.
Thank you for your continued support—we’re looking forward to a wonderful week ahead!
We have even more wonderful students marking their birthdays as we wrap up the month.
Sending each of you our warmest wishes — may your special day be filled with fun and smiles! 🌟
Report cards are now available to view in Infinite Campus—no paper copies will be sent home. If you have any questions about your child’s grades, please reach out directly to their classroom teacher.
Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving break! We’ll see your kiddos on Monday, 12/1/25.
As the month comes to a close, we’re excited to recognize several of our amazing students who celebrate their birthdays in these final two weeks.
✨ Happy Birthday to all of these rising stars! ✨
We hope your day is filled with joy, laughter, and wonderful memories!
Our 2nd graders were fortunate to welcome an amazing guest, Mrs. Brunell, who shared a special piece of her family’s history — a Story Robe, painted on the underside of an elk hide.
She taught the students how to read a story robe and shared meaningful words, sayings, and songs in the Lakota language. Students also learned about the many different tribal nations that call Montana home.
What a wonderful and enriching way to spend the afternoon!
