A few of our incredible students participated in the Bitterroot Special Olympics over the last two days, and we couldn’t be more proud of all they have achieved! Each one of them is a champion in our eyes!

SHS sent 10 students to compete at the Academic World Quest at the UM in Missoula. AWQ is an immersive global experience that provides students the opportunity to engage with global experts including ambassadors, international thought leaders, and policy experts. Students learn about global economics, geopolitics, and current events. The event culminates in a 100 question test spanning 10 unique topics related to global events. While no teams from SHS placed, the students learned a lot and performed admirably representing our school.

We want to sincerely apologize for the littering that has been happening on 5th Street by some of our students. We understand the impact this has on our neighborhood, and we take full responsibility.
We are taking immediate action to address this issue and are committed to ensuring this does not continue. If you happen to witness any students littering, please take a moment to identify them or capture photos and email Principal Kaney at kaneyz@stevensvill.k12.mt.us. Mr. Kaney will be out on 5th street today monitoring and available to answer any questions. Together, we can make a positive change and keep our community clean.
Thank you for your understanding and support

Thank you to everyone who donated!
