YES! -- We had a holiday challenge to keep the kids going over Christmas break. I had 8 students finish the challenge. They each won a book light.
YES! -- Every handle shaped by hand. Every blade finished with care. These ulu knives mark the final projects of our advanced woodworking students — and the skills they’ve sharpened along the way.
YES! -- Egg-cellent work from our Culinary 2 students! They mastered a classic favorite—Eggs Benedict—with perfectly poached eggs, toasty English muffins, and rich hollandaise sauce. Professional skills in action and delicious results!
