Board Agenda: 03-10-26

YES! -- Pink and Blue Bakery was open this week and almost sold out of baked goods and drinks! The kids learned and practiced so many great life skills! They build the bakery stands, shopped for the product, and made everything they sold!

YES! -- Mr. Joyner’s Driver’s Ed class explores the physics of car motion, demonstrating how momentum carries you forward, inertia keeps you moving, and how a broom can act like steady braking force only allowing a small amount of stopping force at higher speeds.

YES! -- Light saber battles and best Jedi poses in 4th. These light sabers were handmade by one of our very own 4th graders Liam Baxter!

YES! -- You can take the 2nd grade teacher out of the classroom, but you can’t take the 2nd grade out of the person 💙💛 Today’s matching outfits brought some serious elementary energy—except we’ve got a very important difference to note… our AP showed up proudly repping the Griz colors, while Mrs. Motley would never dream of such a thing—she’s loyal to the Bobcats through and through! 🐻⬇️🐱⬆️
Some things you just can’t change… and honestly, we wouldn’t want to 😄

YES! -- One of Culinary 3 students is bringing authentic flavors to life by crafting traditional Mexican horchata from scratch! A refreshing blend of rice, cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness. This paired perfectly with crispy fried chips and fresh pico de gallo salsa, this classic combination is a true celebration of flavor and technique. From balancing spices to mastering texture, this Culinary 3 creation showcases both skill and cultural appreciation. Great job turning simple ingredients into something delicioso!
