High School Secretary
Stevensville High School has an opening for a full-time secretary starting the 2025-26 school year. The position is 10 months per year and 40 hours per week Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours vary in the summer. Seeking an individual that can multitask, remain organized, handle multiple phone lines, and be detail oriented. Previous secretarial experience is preferred but not necessary. The position offers vacation and sick leave accrual along with a competitive wage and highly competitive insurance. Stevensville School District has a full-time, year-round District Office Assistant Clerk – Payroll position open. This skilled person will support the district in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial processing. This position requires effective computer, communication, and organizational skills. A background in business or accounting is preferred. Black Mountain Software experience is helpful.
